I got myself a new PSP this year and I am not sure how I can install games on the memory card. I have a 4gb Memory Card. Could someone help me out with it.

What model of PSP do you have (1000, 2000 or 3000)?
Also what game are you trying to install?

I have PSP 3004, firmware being 4.21
I am told that it cannot be hacked at the moment and hence games cannot be loaded on the memory stick. so I was wondering about the nice games that are currently available.

also i would like to know of any websites where I can download demo games and how i can enable psp to play them..

You are correct that it has not been hacked. We have to wait for the datel blue tool to find out if it will work or not.
To download game demos, Just connect your PSP to a WIFI hotspot and access the Playstation Store. There are lots of free emos and stuff on there to download, it's very easy.
