There are lots of things to consider when buying a PSP. For example, if you want to have the ability to play UMD games you'll need the PSP 3000 or earlier. The only problem is that the PSP 3000 has bad screen interlacing problems. Personally I can't stand it, so I recommend a 2000 or else paying the extra money for the Go.
