The game that started life as a mobile title is now a PSP exclusive. There hasn't been much information released yet about the game, but what we've seen so far looks amazing.
It seems like the game will be a prequel of sorts, following the lives of characters from FFXIII when they were younger. Check out this poster from TGS:
