The PS3 houses three media card slots: CF, SD, and MS -- who actually uses this additional hardware option?
Do you think the PS3 could become slimmer with the removal of these media card slots?

I thought that most people used the USB port to transfer data. But I guess if I had a Sony digital camera I would use the memory card reader to transfer photos.

I've actually used the memory stick slot twice, to show off vids and pics on the spur of a moment.
I guess I could've connected the camera via it's USB cord (it's a Sony camera) and it would've still read the same way.
